Sweet warm weather

We are having two absolutely great warm days here in Erie. It feels so good jsut to be able to stand outside without freezing your (insert name of favorite body part) off.

You would think that we live in Alaska for the way people act when the nice weather comes back. Everyone is out doing the lunch stroll (myself included).

Right after I got home last night my whole family went outside and worked and played. There's nothing better than that. When we bought the house (6 years ago now) we really loved the fact that it had a big yard that we could spend time in. Well, we never really did until my son came along. Now we are finally getting the use out of it that we should! We played until close to 7!! Noah needs to get out more and practice his baseball playing. If he keeps it up we should be losing a ton of balls by the end of summer!

We're (as in my husband) also planning on building a playset/swingset this spring/summer. Noah wants to get started...now. It's a little too soon still - probably not until May or so.

Of course, everyone in Erie knows that this great weather is just a fluke. We have plenty of rainy days and chilly days in our future. Still - it's nice to make believe it's summer!
